It became the Chinese Government Scholarship universities with the authorization of the Ministry of Education ofChinain March 2006. It can accept international students who get the Chinese Government Scholarship. The university offers 35 undergraduate programs and is authorized to confer Master’s degree in 118 specialities, PhD degree in 35 specialities, 3 postdoctoral research stations.
